Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Always Dream Big LLC, doing business as PickupProof ("PickupProof," "we," "us"). By using pickupproof.com, our tools or our text messaging program, you agree to them.
1. The service
PickupProof provides a free AI listing rewriter, photo check-in and damage reports for rental businesses and their renters, and (when launched) an AI assistant. Features in beta may change.
2. AI-generated content
Rewrites, tips and damage flags are generated by AI and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any content before you rely on or publish it, and for making sure your listings are accurate and follow the rules of the platforms you post on and the law.
3. Damage reports are not a guarantee
Check-in and damage reports document the condition of an item as captured in photos. AI flags are suggestions for the rental business to review, not findings of fact. PickupProof does not guarantee any outcome in a dispute, insurance claim or legal proceeding, and is not a party to rental agreements between businesses and renters.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to process it to provide and improve the service. Don't submit anything unlawful, or anything you don't have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
Don't abuse, overload, scrape or try to break the service, or use it to send spam.
6. Paid plans
Check-in & Damage Reports is free during the private beta. When paid plans launch, they will be billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and you can cancel at any time; we'll give notice before any charge.
7. SMS Terms
Program name: PickupProof. Messages you may receive: rental check-in and inspection links, reminders, account notifications, and occasional offers. Rental businesses that use PickupProof may send renters check-in links through the program.
- You opt in by checking the optional SMS consent box next to a phone number field, or by texting us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or rental.
- Message frequency varies.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; you'll get one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for help.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We never share or sell mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, PickupProof is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. We'll post changes here.
10. Governing law
The laws of the State of Texas govern these terms.
