About PickupProof
Most rental software is built for big fleets with office staff. PickupProof is for everyone else: the owner with two trailers in the driveway, the landscaper who rents out equipment on weekends, the family running a party rental business out of a garage.
We focus on the two things that cost small rental owners the most:
- Listings that don't get booked. Our free AI rewriter turns a quick post into a clear, complete listing.
- Damage disputes. Our check-in reports (now in free private beta) give you and your renter the same timestamped photo record at pickup and return.
